RaceDay Scoring and The Race Director – these are the two software packages we provide to timers that help Ultras report results.
One of the reasons that RunSignup is becoming more and more popular with Ultras ( over 2,500 Ultra events on our platform in 2021 with over 250,000 participants) is our RaceDay software: This service is free and requires no additional work for race directors or timers. This integration helps make results available faster and with less work on the part of the race director, timer, and UltraRunning Magazine. Here are examples of a 100 Miler and an individual who ran that race – our own Sarah McMahon (who was seeing large purple teddy bears during her grueling 32 hours). UltraRunning Magazine provides race results and also curates individual results across all registration and results platforms. UltraRunning Magazine, known as “the voice of the sport” since 1981, has recently completed an integration with the RunSignup Results API to automate the population of results data on their free and open Ultra Results Listing service.
